A ward relied on monitoring equipment that had become unreliable, with frequent faults interrupting clinical work and no clear record of service history.
Our response
Engineering intervention
We assessed the existing equipment, identified what could be restored to service, installed and commissioned replacement units, and set out a planned maintenance schedule for the ward.
